- You must provide accurate and complete information, including professional credentials.

- You must maintain a valid subscription plan (Gold, Silver, or Bronze) to engage with consultation requests.

- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

 

3. imminex Executives

immiNex executives are available for general queries and support but are not legal consultants. Any information provided by imminex executives should not be relied upon as legal advice or consultation. Consult with an authorized consultant for professional guidance.

 

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

- Consultants must choose a subscription plan and pay the associated fees.

- Users may need to pay for certain services as described in the application.

- All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

 

5. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of the Services are the exclusive property of immiNex and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

immiNex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Services.

 

7. Privacy

8. Changes to Terms

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the cancellation of subscription plans and the handling of refunds within the immiNex mobile application and website. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

 

2. Cancellation of Subscription Plans

 

2.1 General Terms

 

- Subscribers (Consultants) may cancel their subscription plans at any time.

- Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active and usable until the end of the current billing cycle or the expiry date.

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

- Subscriptions can be upgraded or downgraded at any time, with the changes taking effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

 

2.2 How to Cancel

 

To cancel a subscription plan, please follow the instructions provided within the immiNex application or contact our support team at contact@imminex.in.

 

3. Refunds

 

3.1 No Refunds

 

- All purchases of subscription plans are final and non-refundable.

- If a subscription is cancelled before the expiry date, no refund will be issued, but the services may continue to be used until the end of the current billing cycle or the expiry date.

 

3.2 Exceptions

 

immiNex reserves the right to consider refunds in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion. Any such requests must be made in writing to contact@imminex.in.
